Trout, fresh brook trout

Brook trout, caught in our stream, cleaned and cooked, then served chilled and crumbled over a great summer salad.   This fish was 7 inches from nose to end.   It was all delicious, though!
In our stream, we are allowed 5 fish a day, any size, any method of taking!
